1. Shipping Coverage

• We deliver across all major cities and towns in India through trusted courier and logistics partners.

• International shipping is currently not available.

2. Processing Time

• Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

• Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–7 business days

• Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery times may vary based on your location, courier availability, and unforeseen circumstances (strikes, natural disasters, etc.).

4. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.

• A nominal shipping fee will apply for COD (Cash on Delivery) orders or orders below ₹499.

• Any applicable charges will be displayed at checkout before final payment.

5. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and link via email/SMS.

• You can track your shipment on our website or through the courier partner’s portal.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available on selected pin codes.

• A small handling fee may be charged for COD orders.

• Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

7. Delays in Delivery

While we strive to ensure on-time delivery, delays may occur due to:

• Incorrect/incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.

• Courier delays or logistic issues beyond our control.

• Force majeure events such as floods, lockdowns, strikes, etc.
