1. Order Cancellation by Customer

• Customers can request an order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order or before the product has been shipped, whichever is earlier.

• If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may refer to our Return & Refund Policy for further options.

2. Order Cancellation by Natures Magic Life

We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:

• Product out of stock or discontinued.

• Payment not authorized or declined.

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.

• Suspected fraudulent transactions.

In such cases, customers will be notified via email/phone, and a full refund will be issued (if payment was already made).

3. Refund on Cancellations

• If you cancel your order before dispatch, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

• For prepaid orders, the refund amount may vary if any payment gateway charges are deducted.
